Can I edit a recording after finishing it?

Partially.


You can edit:

  • recording title

  • generated tasks


You cannot edit:

  • the transcript

Can I edit the report?

Yes.


After export (DOCX), you can:

  • change wording

  • adjust structure

Can I mark a task as completed using my voice?

Not currently. Tasks can be created from information captured during a recording, but changing an existing task's status to completed is currently done through the interface.

Can I pause or resume a recording?

Yes.


You can:

  • pause

  • resume

  • stop and save


No context is lost.

Can I use Oxolo for meetings and planning sessions?

Yes. Oxolo can also capture planning sessions, project discussions and meetings. The conversation can be turned into structured documentation and tasks and kept together with the rest of the project information.

Do I need consent before recording other people?

Depending on the applicable law and situation, participants may need to consent to being recorded. Oxolo includes a consent step before recording to help users handle this explicitly.

How do I start a recording?
  • Open a project

  • Make sure it is active

  • Tap start recording


The app:

  • captures your voice

  • transcribes it

  • analyzes it

  • generates summary and tasks

  • attaches metadata to evidence

How long can a recording be?

Up to 60 minutes per recording.
Longer recordings take more time to process.

What happens during a recording?

You can:

  • speak

  • take photos

  • record videos


Everything is linked into one record with timestamps and metadata.

What happens if I lose internet during recording?

Recording continues locally.


Once connection is back:

  • it syncs automatically


You can track this in the sync queue inside the app.

What if my recording is not saved?

Check:

  • internet connection

  • permissions

  • sync status


Then:

  • retry syncing

  • restart the app


If it still fails, contact support.

What is the sync queue?

It shows:

  • pending uploads

  • unsynced recordings

  • processing items


Users can always see what is still waiting.
