Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes.


You need to contact your account manager to:

  • upgrade

  • downgrade

  • cancel

Do I need to pay to use the app?

 Yes.
 You need to request a demo on the website.


After that:

  • our team creates your organization

  • licenses are created

  • users can then activate their access


You don’t self-serve signup.

Do I pay per user?

Yes.
Each user added = one license = one paid seat.

How does billing work?

Billing is based on licenses (seats).


Each license is:

  • created by an admin

  • billed at creation, not activation


Even if a user has not activated their account yet, the license is already counted.

What happens if I don’t pay?

You hit a paywall.


You need to:

  • contact your account manager

  • or update your plan


Access is restricted until resolved.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your data is still stored.


You can:

  • request access via your account manager

  • request full deletion via email

Who manages billing and users?

 Admins manage:

  • licenses

  • users

  • access
