Do I need to pay to use the app?
Yes.
You need to request a demo on the website.
After that:
our team creates your organization
licenses are created
users can then activate their access
You don’t self-serve signup.
Do I pay per user?
Yes.
Each user added = one license = one paid seat.
How does billing work?
Billing is based on licenses (seats).
Each license is:
created by an admin
billed at creation, not activation
Even if a user has not activated their account yet, the license is already counted.
What happens if I don’t pay?
You hit a paywall.
You need to:
contact your account manager
or update your plan
Access is restricted until resolved.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Your data is still stored.
You can:
request access via your account manager
request full deletion via email
